I’m a Christian, a devoted father, and a loving husband to my best friend and wife, who has the challenging task of putting up with all my shenanigans. Outdoorsy by nature, I’m the guy who finds joy in tent camping, river floating, and, of course, wrangling my feathery friends—the chickens.

Preparedness is my middle name, or at least it would be if I could convince my wife to let me change it. I’m a bit of a prepper, thinking I’ve got all the answers for any situation. Of course, deep down, I know life likes to throw curveballs just to keep things interesting.

Family is everything, and I find immense joy in hanging out with my granddaughter and singing and dancing to her favorite shows. My daughter thought it would be a fun adventure for me to share my wisdom through this blog. So here we are, a dynamic duo—she with the computer skills, and me with a knack for winging it.
